Expert Opinion
The caller with the number +61399382698 is likely making telemarketing calls, possibly on behalf of a newspaper subscription service, such as The Age or SMH. The frequency of calls and the fact that they often don't leave a message suggest a mass dialing approach, where the caller is trying to reach as many people as possible. The calls are often described as nuisance or annoying, indicating that the caller's methods are not well-received by the recipients. The fact that some recipients have recently cancelled their subscriptions or have upcoming renewals suggests that the caller may be targeting specific individuals with expired or expiring subscriptions.
