An automated VCAT notice reminded me of a hearing scheduled for 8‑2‑24 at 11:30 AM, directing applicants to vcat.vic.gov.au/afterapplyrenting and respondents to vcat.vic.gov.au/respondrenting, with contact 1300 01 8228, and warned that the message might be part of a personal scam.
Message started with a greeting and noted that an email attempt failed, requesting a current email address as soon as possible. Signed, DDVS.
A message read: 'Hello, our email to you bounced back. Please send a current address when convenient. Regards, DDVS.'
A text message warned that a parcel ***3664 was on hold due to an invalid address and asked to update details via a link.
