The individual’s speech was unintelligible; this number repeatedly called my mobile (not a Telstra line—I’ve never used Telstra), mispronounced my name, and spouted nonsense before hanging up when I said I didn’t follow.

They claim to be CMA, bombarding me with calls, emails, and texts about a fake Telstra bill—I’m not a Telstra customer and both numbers show up as scams—just a heads‑up.
The call claimed to be from Olive at CMA 7, promoting dubious details about Charter Mercantile Agency. No physical address was given—only PO boxes—plus just two phone numbers and no alternative email or mobile contacts. When I dialed, the line went straight to a full voicemail box. They referenced a credit licence but cited the wrong legislation and left out key government regulatory info they should follow. A Google search shows the company’s own website as the sole source, with no independent references. Their credit licence lists a holder in Redlands Bay at an unverifiable location between a Thai massage parlor and an LJ Hooker office, and the limited licence, obtained in 2018, doesn’t cover debt collection in most states.
These callers harass me over a supposed unpaid Telstra debt; they're scammers.
Calls keep coming to my non‑Telstra mobile, yet when I pick up they say nothing and slam the line—definitely a scam, you know.
The call appears to be from CMA debt collectors.
When I called back, a woman answered but the line was so bad I could barely hear her—just so you know.
A third‑party debt collector from CMA called on behalf of Telstra.
