No physical address was given—only PO boxes—plus just two phone numbers and no alternative email or mobile contacts. When I dialed, the line went straight to a full voicemail box. They referenced a credit licence but cited the wrong legislation and left out key government regulatory info they should follow. A Google search shows the company’s own website as the sole source, with no independent references. Their credit licence lists a holder in Redlands Bay at an unverifiable location between a Thai massage parlor and an LJ Hooker office, and the limited licence, obtained in 2018, doesn’t cover debt collection in most states.
