I think this was a callback from a form I filled out; the caller claimed to represent Williams Corporation, a property developer. They didn’t answer when I spoke, but left a message asking if I was interested in buying a property for personal use or investment. The call originated from Christchurch, yet the company is based in Wellington, and the accent sounded like broken American English rather than a Kiwi one, leaving me uncertain about its credibility.
