Apparently, these individuals are scammers. It has been a while since I received such calls. To everyone, do not bother responding. If you have paid all your bills on time, then these calls are not your concern. When will the competent authorities start working on such scams? They should be paid based on their performance. It seems they are just sitting idle on their salaries.
