Лучше сразу блокировать номер, добавить его в список спама и сообщить в службу поддержки вашего мобильного оператора. Никогда не сообщайте личные данные, пароли или коды подтверждения, даже если звонок кажется «официальным». При подозрении на мошенничество можно написать заявление в правоохранительные органы.

Upon answering, I heard some idiotic sounds, including a growling noise, so I decided to play a song by Stas Mikhailov, titled "Ты идёшь, как королева", over the speaker, and they ended up hanging up after two minutes.
