Someone claimed to be from Mosenergosbyt, asking for personal data and whether I owned an apartment at a specific address. When I asked for their name, they replied that they don't introduce themselves. I then hung up the phone. Interestingly, I've received similar calls from people claiming to be from Sberbank, and when I tell them I'm recording our conversation, they immediately hang up.
