I finaly got thrue but then they droped the call
a female scammer, introducing herself as Irina, attempted to provide banking services
They clamed to be from Tinkoff bank and asked me to dicteate a verification code, but the bank didnt confirm ther identity, then they dissapeard.
A woman called and transferred me to a male operator who claimed to be from Tinkoff Bank
