Seems like an automated system, but not confirmed. A woman claiming to be Irina introduced herself and asked if there was time to listen to a bank offer. They called a number that had not been shared anywhere. When asked how they got the number, they replied it was random, which is suspicious given the matching name and patronymic. Upon demanding the source of the data and mentioning the violation of the law on personal data storage and usage, they hung up.
