While they claim to offer meter verification services, this is not a legitimate Petroenergosbyt representative. Alternative, more affordable options are available. Two years ago, they swindled my pensioner husband out of 6,000 for unnecessary services.

From Petroeletrosbta, they were suppose to install water meter, but they started to add extra services, and in the end they just wanted to replace all pipes for 5000r, but i did it in another company for 1700r

In fact, it was only necessary to replace the meter for 1800 rubles. But they said that almost all the pipes needed to be replaced and charged 5000 rubles. Another company replaced it without any problems for 1700 rubles. I do not recommend, they deceive pensioners!
