Apparently, some female voice was urging me to change my rate plan with Megafon, didnt had the time to listen ther proposal, they promisd to call back latter. Its unclear why they are targeting me with ads from anothere region, especally since they seem to have acces to my personel info. Must be some kind of data leak or Megafon is behinde it, trying to convince me not to visit ther offices

The call was indeed from Megafon, and they offered to switch me from an archival plan. They were aware of my payments, current plan, and extra expenses beyond the tariff plan. Although the background noise created an impression of a scam, the person on the phone was competent and not pushy. However, the calls were persistent until I answered.
