This is a megafon number, not a scammer, they ofer different services, if you called them yourself you can get info about your account
After they calling me 2 time, they dont say ennything and hang up, so i add they to black list
Be cautious, guys, this number is used by scammers; the real Мегафон has a different calling pattern and doesn't have background noises
