Called allegedly from VTBank, offering refinancing of loans, sounds like an autoresponder with people talking in the background, clearly spam

Apparently, someone from ВТБ called to offer refinancing, but it sounded like nonsense. The conversation was automated, with a lot of background noise, like a marketplace. The caller ID showed a different number, and I didn't bother listening to the end. Definitely spam.

This situation is quite bizarre. I received a missed call from the number 1000, which is supposedly a VTB number, but when I checked the call info, it said the call came from +7 (985) 417-96-63. Apparently, 1000 is the name associated with that number, but I didn't save anyone with that name. I called back and got an automated response like the one from VTB, but I didn't wait for an operator and hung up. In conclusion, even if you get a call from the number 1000, I would recommend hanging up and manually dialing 1000 to call back.
