The electricity bill was supposed to be cheaper, but the female operator said that if the monthly fee was below 8000 yen there was no merit, and then she asked how old the water heater was, if it was over 10 years old there was a good plan, but when i said i wanted to know the company name she didnt say it, it took about 10 minutes to find out the company name was Fukawa of Shuei Life Style, and then she said she was going to take a break, after a while the call was cut off
