Why would someone call at 3:50 am for a scam, can't these people be stopped?
It's unacceptable to receive calls at 3:50 am, allegedly for fraudulent purposes, and when reported, no action is taken against these scammers.
Upon receiving the call, I was unable to answer. Later, when I tried to return the call, an automated message asked me to hold, but I ended the call instead.
I received a message from this number, and while I was half asleep, I clicked the link, but nothing happened, just a blank page; could anything go wrong?

These individuals have called me multiple times, and when I answer, they leave a voicemail; I've told them to stop calling, threatening to report them to the authorities.
They are offring +18 prn content, have some Integrity
The question is, where do they obtain these numbers from, and if there's a company or firm selling them, it should be investigated, as the rest is like unraveling a sock
