Why would someone call at 3:50 am for a scam, can't these people be stopped?
It's unacceptable to receive calls at 3:50 am, allegedly for fraudulent purposes, and when reported, no action is taken against these scammers.
Upon receiving the call, I was unable to answer. Later, when I tried to return the call, an automated message asked me to hold, but I ended the call instead.
