Received a call with a security screen notification, but no message was left

today at 1530 PHX time, I recieved a call from this number, I didnt answer it because I didnt recognize the number and no message was left, when I tried to call back, I got a message saying the number is not valid.

i dont have Qwest, so i dont no why they keep calling me

The recipient, a Qwest user, received a call from an unknown number at 10:59 AM CT, with no way to trace it, and no message was left, which has been a recurring issue over the years.

This number, 000-000-0001 security screen, calls me daily, i answered once but no one said ennything, now i dont answer and no one leaves a message, its becomming harrasment, my phone company is QWEST, and my phone is actuially an AT+T phone, is ther ennything we can do?

It seems vultures are targeting me, and I question whether these individuals are compensated for their annoying calls. I am perplexed by the presence of zeros in the area code and phone number. Having received the call without a message, I plan to contact Qwest to inquire about the potential use of a phone card, as their security screening should prevent such calls from reaching me.

The development of a phone feature that could automatically identify and reject unwanted callers, based on a pre-entered list of numbers, would be highly beneficial in managing spam calls.

To gather information, I feign interest and request the company's details to supposedly prevent fraud, which they provide, only to then be told to never call again due to the wasteful nature of their telemarketing efforts

Although this method may be effective, my past experiences have been unsuccessful, as the callers would often hang up when asked for their name or address, and filing complaints yielded no results.
