Ringkasan — +1
Opini ahli

Multiple calls were received from this number, displaying 'SECURITY SCREEN' and a fake phone number, leading me to believe it is a scam, particularly given my phone service provider, Qwest.
Some lady's been callin' me like 5 times a day and I'm so done. She calls all the time, and I've already reported the number to my State's Atourney General's Office.
Received a call with a security screen notification, but no message was left
Interestingly, the absence of calls from 1-000-000-0001 was only noticed after blocking UNKNOWN/PRIVATE calls, which seemed to coincide with the lack of such calls.
today at 1530 PHX time, I recieved a call from this number, I didnt answer it because I didnt recognize the number and no message was left, when I tried to call back, I got a message saying the number is not valid.
Over the past three weeks, I have been receiving numerous calls from this number, often up to 9 times a day, with the caller sometimes leaving a cryptic message or sending a single-digit text message.
i dont have Qwest, so i dont no why they keep calling me
My theory is that telemarkters and scammers use 000 numbers becaus they dont have a real number to call from
The recipient, a Qwest user, received a call from an unknown number at 10:59 AM CT, with no way to trace it, and no message was left, which has been a recurring issue over the years.
I have a sprint phone and i just missed a call from this number, i had to look up the area code because it was unkown, glad i didnt answer.

It seems vultures are targeting me, and I question whether these individuals are compensated for their annoying calls. I am perplexed by the presence of zeros in the area code and phone number. Having received the call without a message, I plan to contact Qwest to inquire about the potential use of a phone card, as their security screening should prevent such calls from reaching me.
On August 31, 2007, I received a mysterious call from an unknown number, which resulted in no one being on the line after the third ring.
On August 13, 2007, at 11:45 AM, I received a call from someone claiming to be Judy from Multi Imaging, asking for my mother, Diane, but the message was unclear and seemed suspicious.
Verizon's call intercept service has been effective in blocking unwanted calls, which can be done by entering the desired number to block, and it's worth the extra monthly fee for the peace of mind
Verizon offers a similar service as part of its iobi feature, which is effective for Verizon customers with DSL
To combat unwanted calls, I've created a custom silent ringtone on my cell phone and added the offending numbers to a contact group, effectively blocking them from ringing through.
That sounds like a great idear, if I was that good with tecnology, I'd do it...
The ability to block calls selectively is a valuable feature, one that I've found extremely useful, particularly during the last election period, with 54 numbers blocked, I've been spared from telemarketing calls since February
The development of a phone feature that could automatically identify and reject unwanted callers, based on a pre-entered list of numbers, would be highly beneficial in managing spam calls.
You should contact your local Postal Inspector about this number, its part of a scam involving prescriptionless pharmaceuticals
Consistent with others' experiences, attempts to request more information from the callers are met with refusal or disconnection, raising questions about potential legal action and the effectiveness of the FTC and Do Not Call list.
I just recieved 3 call's from the same number (515-364-6750) within 15 min's, the first time i told them we were having dinner and hang up
In my experience, assertiveness no longer yields the desired results when dealing with these callers. They tend to terminate the call abruptly, providing only their first name before hanging up after a request to be added to their do-not-call list. I'm skeptical about their intention to follow through on such requests, given that I've received subsequent calls from the same outfit. Moreover, asking to speak with a supervisor is often met with the claim that they are unavailable
To gather information, I feign interest and request the company's details to supposedly prevent fraud, which they provide, only to then be told to never call again due to the wasteful nature of their telemarketing efforts
Although this method may be effective, my past experiences have been unsuccessful, as the callers would often hang up when asked for their name or address, and filing complaints yielded no results.
