Legal paper scam calls—how to protect yourself!

The same experiance as everyone else, I'm suprised no one has reported this number to the FCC yet; please report this number to the FCC each time they call, thankyou

Attempts are being made to scam money, now involving family members

A voicemail message from this number, allegedly from Rachel Clark, mentions a complaint forwarded to her office and requests verification of the recipient's location and availability to dispatch an agent for a legal packet, indicating a potential scam.

Some lady called and asked for somone with my first name but diffrent last name, i told her she got the wrong number but she called back anyways

They need my adress to serve me, embarassingly they gave me a fake adress, 1313 mockingbird lane, Los Angeles, CA, 90714, whats the point of that

This phone number has contacted me, claiming to be Rachel from Regional Servicing, seeking to deliver papers to my son with an outdated address from 15 years ago, which raises suspicions of a potential scam.

They instructed me to call 888-402-6921 and reference a case file number, but I dont think thats necesary, these peoples are now harassing my family members and beeing rude and threatening on the phone, I have blocked them and reported it as spam, and adviced my family to do the same

The relentless calls I've been receiving appear to be a scam, as I've never been involved in a court case, and it's essential that this harassment ends.

After receiving multiple calls and texts from this number, as well as calls to my brother's number, I discovered it was a scam when I looked it up online and found reports of fake calls; the woman on the phone was extremely rude

However, my online searches of court records yielded no results, leading me to believe these individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities. Caution is advised when dealing with them.

Multiple messages have been left by this number, including some with acquaintances from the past, threatening to serve papers at a place of employment due to an allegedly invalid address, all of which point to a scam likely involving Elite Locators or One Financial.

I've been recieving constant calls, and now they're even calling my family members, leaving mesages for me with the same annoying and threatening messsage

Frequent calls are received from this number, urging me to contact another number, allegedly from One Financial, with which I have no affiliation; now, they are attempting to serve me with unspecified documents, which appears to be a scam, prompting me to hang up each time

Apparently, some guy calls and informs me that I need to be at home tomorrow morning between 9-12AM so I can recieve a serve, which sounds absolutly ridiculous, he was trying to give me a case number and a phone number to call, I told him I wont be here, I will be at work, he then said he will come to my job and serve me, I told him this sounds like a scam and I recieve scam calls all the time, he said that probabbly because I dont pay my bills, these guys are desprate to scam, I hung up on him, who calls peopel you're trying to serve and tells them to be home?
