DDS delivery scam: how to protect yourself!

It's evident that this is a scam, as legitimate process servers do not contact individuals in advance.

This peoples has call my family members and my work place, leving sevral messages, ther horrible and has to mutch informations about me, its super scaring!

A voicemail from RDS indicated they were attempting to contact my deceased mother to deliver important documents, a situation that seems to be a case of outdated or incorrect information

The person who called stated they had a delivary for me to schedule a time, but when i searched the number, it appeard to be a lemon law attorney, wich makes me think its a scam, especialy since they also called my wife and sister?

Daily Delivery Services contacted me regarding an urgent matter concerning a package delivery, requesting a callback to their toll-free number to arrange a delivery time, citing COVID precautions.

A suspicious call was received from this number, asking me to note down a callback number regarding a package delivery; I declined, wary of potential scams

A debt collector claiming I owed T-Mobile money from 2008 attempted to obtain my banking information and proposed a payment plan with exorbitant interest, which I refused, prompting threats of a lawsuit.

A peculiar call was received by my father, prompting a return call to verify its legitimacy, which was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I got a voicemail message, saying they had a package for somone named Christopher Lane, and i should call back, but it sound like a bill collector to me, and the background noise was weird

The manager was very rude and disrespectfull, when I told them I didnt know my ex-husband, they made a coment about me marryin the wrong person, and didnt want to remove my number, it was a bad experiance

I also recieved a call from this number, claiming that there was a lawsuit against me from Contential Bank, which I had never heard of, and the number is also asociated with 877-840-5011.

A message was received from a claimed 'Jorge' from DDS, requesting a delivery reschedule, but the call seemed suspicious and was not returned.

Got a bogus message about a summons for a debt thats over 10 years old, my bank has no record of it, seems like a scam

I just got a call from this number and told the caller it was a scam, they called me back and left a message challenging me

When you try to call this number back, you get a message saying the subscriber is not in servise

A person claiming to be from Document Delivery Service called and asked if I was myself, and when I would be home to recieve a delivery, they also gave me a number, 844-606-7340, and mentioned a loan from almost 20 years ago, threatenning to take me to court

A guy with an indian accent told me he had a package to deliver, but i think its a scam

they just call me to say they have a delivery for me, i know this is a scam, i call him a liar and tell him to stop calling
