DDS Delivery scam call – what to watch for!
Summary — +18884786641
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why that 1‑888‑478‑6641 call feels like a pressure tactic? The pattern most often points to a DDS Delivery operation that masquerades as a legal or debt‑collection agency. Callers typically claim pending lawsuits, wage garnishment, or urgent document delivery, then demand personal data or payment to “resolve” the issue. Remember that genuine process servers never request information over the phone, and courts don’t issue summons through unsolicited calls. Hang up, verify any claim directly with the alleged creditor or court, and block the number. Report the incident to the FTC and your state consumer protection office.

These callers claim to have received a faxed document or mention a pending legal matter to create urgency, identifying themselves as process servers who cannot disclose case details due to sealed files; their aim is to prompt a call to another number where they demand money to resolve the non-existent issue, using threats of serving papers at home or work, which is not a legitimate practice of actual process servers who are paid to serve documents and do not operate in such a manner.
