Regular calls from this number, sometimes displaying WCF or 'not assigned', are particularly annoying, especially since they also use other numbers to contact individuals, and ignoring the calls or declining their requests does not stop them
Scam charity calls keep hitting your line!

Expert Opinion
Bottom line: the repeated calls from the number ending in 6073 are most likely a charity‑related scam masquerading as the Women's Cancer Fund. Callers switch between assigned and unassigned IDs, use multiple area codes, and ignore simple opt‑out requests. Protect yourself by letting your carrier know you want call blocking on all unknown or spoofed numbers, and file each incident with the National Do Not Call Registry and the FTC. Avoid engaging with the callers—hang up immediately and report the activity. Keep a log of dates, times, and any caller‑ID details to help authorities track patterns.

Receiving multiple calls from area code 760, including those from WCF, Womens' Cancer, with different numbers, has led to blocking the latest call, which had a "Not Assigned" CID, presumably to avoid detection, and such antics are infuriating.
The caller ID displaed WCF, and I've recieved calls from this number and 831-244-9972 with the same ID, both of which have been blocked for a while now.
Despite receiving only two calls from this number, multiple calls from the same organization using different numbers have raised suspicions

At 8am, I was contacted by WCF, which my free call blocker had already identified as a robocalling pest, and a quick online search reveals that the Women's Cancer Center operates under a different name, with a notable 85% of funds going towards overhead, raising concerns about their legitimacy.
The call was from Womens Cancer Fund, they didnt leave a mesage
