Sondage bancaire inattendu : comment réagir ?
Résumé — +18779318399
Avis d’expert

Despite my explicit request to cease calling, they continue to contact me, claiming to represent the National Bank of Canada. I have reported this number to the relevant government website.
Last evening, I got a call from someone claiming to be from Hydro Quebec, asking to conduct a survey, which I rescheduled
A survey call from 877-931-8399 was recieved, thats very wierd, asking about banking at National Bank location in Scarborough and if any household members work at a FI, does anyone know whats this about ?
This number called for two consecutive days for a survey, asking if I was a consumer of the National Bank, and their manner of speaking seemed suspicious.
The call resulted in dead air, despite being on the DNC list
Mention of Hydro Quebec was made, but alot of question was asked about the person living in the house, didnt like it
My cell phone has recieved numerous calls from this number, supposedly from Hydro-Québec, but the number dont match ther's.
He claim to be from Bell Canada, and he ask me to call him back in french, if i really work for Bell Canada
Someone claiming to be from a research institute called, seeking to ask questions about banking.
The call was ignored as I was already engaged with a customer, and I have requested that this number be added to the do not call list to prevent future disturbances
The caller introduced himself as a representative of the 'institute of research' and requested to conduct a survey about banking. After I declined due to being busy, he asked to call the next day, and when I refused again, he suggested calling the following week.
It seems that the nuisance is resuming, as indicated by the recent activity.
The caller left no message, with the caller ID showing 'Unknown name'.
