The caller's claims were completely nonsensical, stating that someone had ordered an iPhone and that I needed to visit a link to receive credit, which raised major red flags, especially since I was using my work computer and it was blocked, prompting them to hang up when their scam didn't go as planned, and a subsequent call to Amazon's customer service confirmed that it was indeed a scam.
A charge of $749 for an iPhone was made to my account, and to resolve this, I was instructed to call this number, which appears to be a scam as they did not respond.
