Following a call from someone claiming to be Jennifer Crawford, I became suspicious due to the similairities with another post, including the script and the case number, and the fact that they contacted me at work.
A voicemail was left by a women who identifed hersel as Natalie Garcia, she gave me a case number and a phone number 888-668-4405 to call, i spoke with Daniel who told me i owed a debt of $16000 to Direct Merchants Bank, but i explianed to him that the debt was from a joint credit card and hadnt been paid since 2003, and it had allready fallen off my credit report

It appears these harassers are using Google to find relatives and contacts, as they called my son and ex-husband, asking for a name I've not used in decades.

I recieved the same call, the ph # was the same, 888-668-4405, and this women called herself Natalie Garcia, I agree with the others, its definatly a scam.
Upon receiving a morning call from an unknown number, I was instructed to take note of a case number and return the call promptly to avoid a purported serving of papers, prompting me to investigate further with caution
Following a call from someone claiming to be Marisa from PSD, who left a voicemail that I never actually received, I contacted the number provided, 888-668-4405, and spoke with a man who identified himself as being from Oakdale Law and Associates; however, when asked for his name, he became evasive and rude, stating 'Nun-ya', and proceeded to hang up on me multiple times despite my requests to speak with someone else
Upon receiving a similar call, I informed the caller they had dialed the wrong number; surprisingly, they proceeded to contact my son, leaving a message for me to get in touch with them regarding legal documents.

Ironicaly, they provided me with the same phone number, which seemed quite ammusing!
