Initially, I was wary of this number from Citizens, especially since they contacted me shortly after a transaction in Florida. However, after verifying with their standard number, I discovered it was indeed their Fraud division.
Apparently this number seem legit, i recieved a call from them about some allegations of fraudulent charges, now i think i will call them back
I also recieved a call from Fraud Services, asking me to call a 888 number, but when i called my local branch, they confirmed everyting, so this number is legit, no need to worry.
Upon receiving a call about fraudulent charges on my card from someone claiming to be from Citizens, I verified the 888 number they provided with Citizens Bank directly, confirming it as their legitimate Card Risk Prevention number.
They said they are from citizens bank and they put a block on my card, now i have to check with the bank to see whats going on
