I keep recieving calls from this number, I dont know who it is, so I blocked it, it's 100% a scam

On 1-26-18, i recieved a call at 10:40 am from this number, but they didnt leave a message, the CID only showed Raleigh, NC
A pro-life robocall was received from this number, which was subsequently blocked.

This appears to be a scam, as they contacted my office line on a weekend and left no message, despite my receiving email alerts for missed calls
Possibly just someone with an incorrect telephone number, but they keep calling and it's very anoying
The caller claimed to be a probable life insurance representative and became rude when I mentioned my disability, eventually slamming the phone down.

Apparently this number also contacted my landline, it probably got blocked after one ring since i wasnt there to anser it, i will request it to be blocked aswell just to be safe, whats with all these annoying and unnesessary calls?
An unrecognized call was received, and since no message was left, the number will be blocked.
When I answered the call, there was initially no noise, followed by background noise after a few seconds, at which point I hung up.
