I normally ignore unknown numbers and search online; doing so I contacted Revolut via chat and they confirmed the number should be blocked because they never make unsolicited calls.

They then attempted to send a payment request for a functionality test. The moment I heard the amount, I instructed my partner to decline, and the caller immediately hung up.
