I normally ignore unknown numbers and search online; doing so I contacted Revolut via chat and they confirmed the number should be blocked because they never make unsolicited calls.

This is a total scam, they claimed to be from Wise, but they were trying to scam me, I know that banks dont call you, they usually send emails or messages through the app.
