A text arrived from #447375781057, supposedly from Zara, including an OTP code I didn't request. They provided 03308183232 for inquiries. Likely a scam since I haven't ordered from Zara in months. I'm in South West England.

A text was received from 07939 821597 inquiring if I had requested an OTP code from Zara and instructed me to call 0330 8183232. Since I don't shop at Zara, I assumed it was fraudulent. A similar message came from Amazon as well.
Upon receiving a suspicious message regarding a Nationwide transaction, I was instructed to contact 0330 818 3232; I have since blocked and reported the number.
