i always recieve call from a customer service guy, he want to know about my needs, but i'm not interested, he try to sell me some optimization, he was very pushy and rude when i decline

The audacity is staggering! At 19:00, some guy from 1&1 calls and tries to persuade me to extend my contract. With two small children sleeping at that hour, it's outrageous. Can't they schedule appointments and send a simple SMS instead? Absolutely ridiculous!

This is absolutely unacceptable! The consultant was eating during our phone conversation and speaking with their mouth full, which was disgusting. The consultation was supposed to be about getting faster internet at home, but instead, they kept complaining about expensive additional services. I'm extremely disappointed and, after nearly 20 years as a customer, I'm considering cancellation.

They make cold calles, use foul languge and swear in differnt languajes, somthing about migrant workers
