US Document Services scam: what to watch for!

Evidently, they have peoples who search for informations on social media websites and look for peoples numbers, adress, etc, thats connected to there target victim in some way

A sense of urgency is created by the claim that a Fax document or complaint has been received, and a pending legal matter or action is about to be filed, prompting the recipient to call another number, where they will be asked for money to resolve the issue, which is a ruse as the callers work in teams, one pretending to be a process server and the other a lawyer, threatening to serve papers at home or work, demanding two forms of ID, none of which is true as process servers do not call ahead and court documents are time sensitive, so it is recommended to verify the lawsuit by calling the local courthouse.

The caller claimed to be from a legal carrier service, stating that several complaints had been filed and threatened to initiate legal proceedings if not contacted back.

They left a voicemail, claiming to be from an 866 number, saying they've tryed to call me several times, its a pending investiation, totaly bogus, alot of spam

A call was made claiming to be from US Document services, stating that an investigation was being conducted and a call back to 866-338-0278 was necessary, but the caller ID showed 281-909-0751.

I got a text from another number, 650-523-9641, it was weird

A call was made to my mom, threatening legal action against me, and a reference number was provided.
