I received a call claiming to be from Euro Millions, stating I was shortlisted for an iPhone. They knew my name and I questioned why they contacted me multiple times a day. Usually, when I answered, it would be silence. They hung up when I mentioned I would charge them £5 a minute for each additional call. Haven't heard from them since 😊 - caller: 0203000765
A representative contacted me about a £10k prize draw I allegedly entered. When I mentioned I hadn’t, she became defensive and questioned how they obtained my number if I hadn’t entered (a valid point!). When I inquired about when I entered, her attitude turned aggressive, claiming she couldn’t possibly know that, and when I countered that they should have entry records for a competition, she hung up.
